Amy has studied a variety of dance forms and gained her Level 4 Diploma in Dance Education in Cecchetti Ballet and Modern Theatre Dance.

She has travelled the world working and currently performs onstage in London’s West End show Mamma Mia.

Amy has always enjoyed teaching and sharing her passion of movement over the years, having qualified as a Pilates instructor with Body Arts and Science International (BASI). She also teaches Reformer and Cadillac, as well as all other comprehensive Pilates equipment at a studio in Mayfair.

aisha tannahill

Aisha is a BASI qualified Pilates teacher. She has 10 years of experience working as a personal trainer for London's corporate and high end clientele.

Having made the move to the big smoke from Christchurch, New Zealand in 2008, she has been using her passions of people an fitness to carve her career in London's corporate and luxury fitness industry.

Aisha works part time in a Pilates clinic in Kensington, teaming up with some of the city's best physiotherapy and osteopathic clinicians working together to assist clients on their rehab journey.
