sarah curtis
Sarah is a fully qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). She works with people who are suffering from a variety of issues and difficulties.
Sarah is the founder of Move Your Mind Therapy, offering people the opportunity to take their therapy sessions outside. She believes that some people are either missing out on therapy because of the traditional counselling setting, or in other cases, people may benefit more with the integration of nature and movement into their sessions.
Sarah offers organisations one to one therapy sessions for employees, interactive group sessions teaching good listening and supportive behaviour with mindfulness, as well as corporate talks on wellbeing, with a focus on disconnecting from our fast paced, ‘online’ lives, encouraging people to reconnect with themselves and the natural world.
