Founder
SHA HUSSAIn
I was born and bred in Hackney, East London and spent 16 years (1999-2016) carving out a successful career in digital media, working for some of the most prestigious brands worldwide.
Whilst working in this sector I realised that more could have been done to improve the office environment, culture and lifestyle through the promotion of well-being initiatives.
I had been into health and fitness myself since 2009, and was running marathons (21 to date) globally, a regular at the gym, and eating healthily most of the time.
So, it was a natural choice for me to pursue this path in the summer of 2016.
I believe wellness starts in the workplace, and my aim is to educate and empower organisations and their employees to take control of their physical and psychological health, taking steps to lead a more balanced and fulfilling life.
